Agents/Editors

The pitch event is free to participate in and any legitimate agents/editors that would like to join are welcome to do so. Here is the invite link.

Please note that pitching will be welcome for a 24-hour period on the day of the event. The channels will then be locked, but you can still revisit the channels for up to a week after the event in order to make late requests.

You are, of course, all welcome to participate in casual conversation with fellow agents and editors as well as authors and illustrators in the various networking channels, which will remain open from the time the server link is posted until a week after #DVpit.

For Agents and Editors that are ABLE to Consider Un-agented Submissions

Join the Discord server and post your submission instructions in the submissions channel (including how they can submit to you and what material you want from them, and how much of it). Authors/artists will check here if you request their material so they know next steps. To request, add a “reaction” to the relevant pitch and select the red heart (❤️). Participants will know that this heart indicates a request for material.

For Editors that are UNABLE to Consider Un-agented Submissions

If you are interested in participating in some way, you are welcome on the Discord server to comment on the pitches you like, to express interest in seeing the work when it goes on submission with an agent.
